The beginning of the end...

The townhouse is still there

From what I have told by those close to the story, Ted Lenze, then age 35,
was hospitalized for a brain tumor. I understand he was with his guest and
went downstairs for something, experienced brain aneurysm and was taken
to the hospital. No one knew the man upstairs (bound in the coffin) was there,
and he suffocated. Lenze was released from the hospital on September 9, 1990.
