"Last year's event was held at a block party in the Montrose neighborhood
with a capacity limit of 5,000 attendees."

yes, that's how many were allowed, BUT how many people attended?
Is this like reporting a Trump rally in a stadium that holds 40,000...
but, 1000 were there?

If anyone has the estimate, please let me know.
I would guess less than 1000
