An annual sports-fundraising invitation-only party
held at the corner of Mason & Hyde Park

I could find no real verification of when this event began,
but then there wasn't a lot a gay media around to
document it. The earliest mention found was the
1977 event, saying it was the 13th annual one, hence 1964.

Clippings for the 1980 event said it was the 14th, so, 1966
In 1985 it was the 19th, again, 1966
If anyone can share earlier history, please contact me.
