In this location the Silver Bullet and Silver Phoenix struggled from 1977 to 1980
with a number of fires and neighborhood problems. It finally closed in March 1980.

Below, apparently in the Spring of 1981 they flirted with the new bar name Bored N' Stroked
enough to have matchbooks made
and maybe when Badlands Territory opened as they already had them they put them out

there was a mechanical bull...

  By this time they opened the Truck Stop next door

in that location now is a block of townhouses...
