I was very honored to be invited by HPL to give a talk for Pride Month
about my book. Of course I did some social media posts about it...

Donny Byrd coordinated my visit and he and his staff did an impressive job.
I streamed and captured the video and he took candid photos of me and
some of the slides in my presentation. He captured 8 of the 20 slides.

And, below, I always close a talk with showing off the special bookmark.

  

After the talk my host said, "Let's get your photo in front of the electronic billboard."
It was in front of the building, and I had entered through the garage and had not even seen it!
Gee, Billboard JD!
