I was Very pleased to attend their second conference, in Dallas.
The first conference was held in Birmingham, March 26/27, 2019, but COVID
made us wait over three years for the next. The third one is tentatively
planned for February 2024, location to be announced soon.

Program and Notated Version showing the ones I attended
It was hard to pick...

   Full Program     Notated Version

About 200 registered for this one, from all over the South,
with some from other areas as well.

Below, the Dallas Voice gave great coverage and promotion
click for PDF of it from the Sep 23 and Sep 30 issues

And the DV had a display table, staffed by Leo Cusimano,
who gave away fans. How clever of him to get photos for
this layout. Todd Camp (of Fort Worth) and I got the last two,
and that's us, lower right.

And here's myself and Leo Cusimano

Photos
The conference had a photographer, Jimmy Bartlett, those are on the next page

One of the keynoters, Moe Vela

and below right, Maigen Sullivan and Josh Burford, the co-cordinators of the conference

below, Nino Testa gave a talk on using the AIDS Quilt in Archivist Histories,
and below right, Robert Emery, President of the Dallas Way.
Robert and I have been FB friends for years, so great to finally meet in person.
